D.J.H. BR Standard Class 9 2-10-0 with BR1b tender.

K83 BR std 9F 2-10-0 (BR1B/1C tender)

Designed by R A Riddles and introduced in 1954 for heavy freight duties, the class was immensely powerful. The last of the class being withdrawn in 1968. The 9F was the last steam design by BR. A truly sad fact for all ‘steam enthusiasts’. Kit features as K79 but with etched one-piece Tender sides.

Requires wheels gears and motor to complete.
