Heljan 'O' Gauge Brush Class 60.

Heljan are currently working on a new batch of O gauge Class 60 diesel locomotives for release in 2021. It’s five years since the imposing heavy haul machine was last produced but it will return in a range of attractive options, ranging from original Railfreight grey to current GB Railfreight, DB Cargo and DCRail liveries.

The Heljan O gauge Class 60 features our proven high-performance twin motor / flywheel chassis, headlights, cab and tail lights, a PCB with screw terminals allowing the installation of a wired DCC decoder and provision for DCC sound. As before, the specification also includes sprung buffers, wire handrails, fine etched grilles, separately fitted windscreen wipers, silencer, sandpipes, bogie and bufferbeam details.

There are five standard liveries that have been selected for general release, covering a broad cross-section of Railfreight and privatisation era liveries – see below for more information

Tower Models are also doing a limited edition of just 75 pieces in Coal Sector livery un-numbered along with 2 Limited editions in Colas Railfreight livery. We will also be stocks the four limited editions that are being produced by Gaugemaster.
